We had some snow (5-6") and have all the decorations out. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We went to the U.P. and had a very nice time with my parents. It was snowing quite hard and so we had a family snowball fight. ;)
I did a little creating today that I thought I'd share. I combined this weeks PTI MIM challenge of splitting die cuts and this weeks Shabby Tea Room inspiration photo. I used the split die cut above & below the snowman image. I cut the same die cut from wood paper and made my sentiment. I added "snow" to the edges and wood trees by marking them with a snow pen and heating.

Since we're in the Christmas spirit I thought I'd share some ideas from Christmas past. :)
A ornament I made for a PTI challenge last year. It's hanging on my tree!

A candle centerpiece made by using hot gluing candy canes to a candle. So easy and beautiful.

A "snowglobe" made from bottlebrush trees and glitter.

A gift for the grandparents my son & I made. We painted his foot and stepped on the blue paper. Added the hat, scraf, buttons, nose and stamped the PTI sentiment. The snow splatters are that snow pen.

And the gift I made for all mu co-workers. I just decorated mason jars, added chocolate covered pretzels, and embellished.

Have a great week! :)
